Course Description:
This 2 ½ day course is a must for your copper cable repair technicians. This course will train students how to identify, isolate, and locate cable pair faults. Students will learn how to choose and operate fault locating equipment.
State-of-the-art test equipment will be used in this course. Open locators, resistive fault locators, TDRs and sheath fault locators will all be covered in this course. This course is packed full of hands-on. The main test equipment focus in this class is on the Dynatel 965 DSP.
